Ep 24 is a Dark Angel ready to jump on it in lower Norfair
Posted by admin on Thursday Jul 7, 2011 Under Podcast Release
This episode is brought to you by Brandon in Arizona. Thanks Brandon!
In segment 1 we cover all sorts of topics. From what we’ve done to the Privateer Press release push back to Wyrd releases, to Black Library to Games Workshop firing people over leaks, to Sisters of Battle rumors to 6th Edition false rumors, we cover it all. In addition, we also give a round up of Hobby Talk Network goings on including a cynical article over at Tabletop Hooligans.
In segment 2, we discuss most things Dark Angels. Then we discuss some listener feed back and a project from the Codex Project. Thanks to Random Guy for submitting.
We hope you enjoy this episode and remind you not to mess with da Jesus.

I know you guys didn’t like the rumoured 6th edition changes, but I’m genuinely disappointed to hear that they’re false from you. Especially since your record’s been pretty good.
Also, Chris, I’m just a simple fairy/lawyer/electrician, but ignore that fucker who says you bitch too much. Also, Dan, I’m indifferent to Chris, so stop telling everyone that everyone loves or hates Chris, your lying! YOU’RE TEARING THIS FAMILY APART!
Also, .01 amps is the lethal line for amperage if I recall. I’m an electrician by the way.
While I’m on the topic of amperage, check out this video:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4ph-h7l_aM

I know i have been one of those people who have felt that at times Chris and even other hosts have been “too” negative about GW. Again i agree that they deserve some flak for it, but i have to agree that it seems PP can do no wrong in some peoples eyes. I know i love the podcast and if i feel any one host or all of them are just bashing for cheap shots i’ll turn it off simple as that.
I do like the variety, there are some good games out there and why not try them if your interested. i think it should be Wargaming and all things awesome.
Anyway guys i enjoyed the episode and Chris i may not like what you say sometimes but i at least know your not trying to sell me a damn battlefoam bag every 30 seconds like another podcast LOL.

Funny that Chris is not selling Battlefoam bags, but he did sell (figuratively) Warmachine pretty hard to us. And besides Dave, who had a majority of his army painted for him, I’ve got the most painted … as in all of my figures now!
Now that I know the rules, their armies will fall to my painted army.

Warmachine is a good game i like playing it it’s a small scale game. I think you guys might like firestorm armada though it’s a fast simple game for the most part and the models look good.

Firestorm is great, I wanted to give them a demo at Adepticon but time got away from us (though I think Phil had it covered). Clearly there is Malifaux as well which has really hooked me recently since I took a break from 40k.
Another great game to look out for is Dark Age which I’ve mentioned a couple of times recently on my blog. Watch for it at Gencon!
Anyway I’m loving the fact that the show is not all 40k but all things wargaming. It opens up all manner of avenues and when your not locked into one system you can cut loose and just have fun. Without the single focus I’m finding I’m a far less competitive person

Kochai I agree there is more to the world of wargaming than 40k, but i think thats where “low blows” and just “hating” on GW gets old is all i’m saying, i think warmachine sections of the show are great, i would like to hear from a Menoth player lol i have an idea and i’mbuilding my army around this idea but i dont get much input from local players lol

Have you done the show in which you prove Jervis has left the company yet?
